Please print and bring the following forms to registration/check in
NEW 2010 Season Bib-
You MUST have a NEW MONSTER BIB 2010 to compete in the USASA Midwest Best Events.
There is a $20 refundable deposit for each bib.
BIB RULES:
Bibs can be turned in during any USASA Midwest Best Event, either AT registration or AFTER awards. Last date to turn in your bib for a refund is 3/7/2010. There will be NO refunds issued after that date.
Bibs MUST be returned in good condition.
Online registration closes at NOON on Friday. ($15)
Onsite registration in Ben’s Den from 8:30-10:00am ($20)
